By enrolling in Baral IT's SMS services, you agree to receive text message communications from Baral IT and its representatives. This includes transactional messages, service updates, promotional content, and important notifications related to your IT services.
Acknowledgment: You acknowledge that you are the owner or authorized representative of the business enrolling in this service, and you have the authority to consent to receive SMS communications on behalf of your business.
Message Frequency: Message frequency will vary based on your service level. You may receive multiple messages per week during critical IT situations or scheduled maintenance windows.
Standard Rates Apply: Message and data rates may apply. Please check with your wireless carrier for details on your plan's rates and whether SMS is included in your messaging plan.
How to Opt Out: You may opt out of receiving SMS communications at any time by replying to any text message with "STOP" or "UNSUBSCRIBE." Your opt-out request will be processed within 24 hours.
Important Note: If you opt out of SMS communications, certain critical service alerts may not be delivered via text. However, you will continue to receive important notifications through other channels (email, phone calls) as specified in your service agreement.
Re-enrollment: If you opt out and later wish to re-enroll in SMS services, you may contact Baral IT directly at (772) 280-1070 or info@baralit.com to reactivate your SMS service.

Data Collection: We collect your phone number, business name, and email address to provide SMS services. This information is used solely for SMS communications and service administration.
