With over 15 years of experience in IT management and consulting, Thomas founded Baral IT with a mission to help businesses harness the power of technology without the complexity and frustration.

Tom Baral brings decades of executive leadership and entrepreneurial experience to Baral IT. A business owner since his late twenties, Tom successfully built and operated multiple multi-million-dollar companies in Connecticut before relocating to South Florida in 2001. Since then, he has remained an active and respected presence in the local business community.
Throughout his career, Tom has led organizations through periods of growth, expansion, and operational transformation. His expertise spans financial strategy, long-term planning, capital management, and scalable business operations. He understands what it takes to build sustainable companies—not just in theory, but through real-world execution.
At Baral IT, Tom oversees financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and operational strategy. His leadership ensures that the company remains financially strong, efficient, and positioned for long-term growth. More importantly, his disciplined financial oversight allows Baral IT to invest in the right technologies, maintain strong vendor partnerships, and deliver stable, reliable service to clients.

Cody Cool
Vice President
Cody Cool has been passionate about technology his entire life, turning that curiosity into a career focused on helping businesses run smarter through IT. In 2021, he moved from Maryland to Florida to pursue new opportunities and help grow Baral IT's presence across South Florida.
With a background in finance and marketing, Cody brings both technical insight and business strategy to the table. He focuses on aligning technology with real business goals—improving efficiency, strengthening security, and supporting long-term growth.
