Tom Baral / Chief Financial Officer
Tom brings decades of executive leadership and entrepreneurial experience. His financial discipline helps Baral IT invest thoughtfully, maintain strong vendor relationships, and plan for sustainable growth. A business owner since his late twenties, Tom built and operated multiple companies in Connecticut before relocating to South Florida in 2001. At Baral IT, he oversees financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and operational strategy, bringing the perspective of someone who understands the realities of running a business.
Cody Cool / Director of Operations
Cody combines a lifelong interest in technology with a background in finance and marketing. He focuses on aligning service delivery with real business goals and building strong client relationships. Cody moved from Maryland to Florida in 2021 to help grow Baral IT’s presence across South Florida. As Director of Operations, he works to make technology simple, reliable, and effective, with an emphasis on efficiency, security, and long-term growth.
