01 / THE BUSINESS OUTCOME

One project. One source of truth.

WHAT GETS IN THE WAY

Which version are we working from?

A proposal lives in an inbox, a desktop folder, and someone’s personal drive. Every handoff creates another copy.

WHAT CHANGES

The work belongs to the team.

An organized team library brings the current project, its owners, and its next action together. Staff collaborate through business accounts instead of forwarding another attachment.

  • Less time hunting for the current file
  • Clear team ownership when people change
  • A consistent place for shared work

TURN THE IDEA INTO A STARTING PLAN

Your business first.
Your platform second.

Business email, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive; licenses matched to the way your staff work.

YOUR STARTING PLANMicrosoft 365
  1. 01Inventory files, owners and existing sharing
  2. 02Design team libraries and access groups
  3. 03Pilot a real project before migrating the rest

Before we recommend anything: Confirm file types, storage, shared-drive licensing, external sharing and recovery requirements.

Plan this with Baral IT
Illustrative business scenarios. Actual design, features and costs follow an assessment.
Microsoft

MICROSOFT PARTNER

Microsoft technology.
A personal connection.

Microsoft is part of the picture—not the whole strategy. We also support Google Workspace, AWS, managed cloud hosting and hybrid environments. We choose the fit around your workflows, existing investment and ongoing costs.

Microsoft 365

Business email, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive. Account management, licensing, collaboration and considered access.

Google Workspace

Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets and Meet. Business accounts, team-owned shared drives, migration and appropriate sharing.

AWS & Microsoft Azure

Application and infrastructure hosting assessed around workload requirements, capacity, budgets, monitoring and support.

Managed cloud hosting

Websites, client portals and business applications with agreed maintenance, monitoring and operational ownership.

Cloud backup & recovery

Review coverage, retention and recovery objectives. Configure agreed protection and validate restores; sync alone is not backup.

Hybrid cloud

Connect cloud-ready work with local systems that still have a purpose. Assess remote access, dependencies and continuity.

A CLOUD ACCOUNT IS ONLY THE BEGINNING

The platform is powerful.
The ownership matters.

Someone still needs to manage who gets in, where information belongs, what gets protected, and what happens when the business changes. That’s where Baral IT comes in.

01

Access with intention

Business identities, MFA, appropriate sharing and supported device controls. Policies are matched to your licensing and working requirements.

02

Information with structure

Department libraries, ownership and staff onboarding/offboarding. Fewer mystery folders and fewer permissions left behind.

03

Recovery with a plan

Review retention, backup coverage and restore testing. Sync, version history and backup are distinct parts of the conversation.

04

Care that continues

Agreed support, account changes, license reviews and cloud maintenance. A local team to coordinate the ongoing work.

FROM WHAT YOU HAVE / TO WHAT WORKS NEXT

A considered move.
A supported next chapter.

01

Discover

Inventory accounts, files, applications, access, contracts, and what your team needs to keep working.

02

Design

Choose the right services, file structure, permissions, licenses, and a migration sequence.

03

Validate & move

Test the plan, coordinate the cutover, help staff adapt, and validate agreed business workflows.

04

Manage

Review access, ownership, costs and recovery as the team and the business change.

MANAGED CLOUD SOLUTIONS / CLEAR ANSWERS

Before the next move.

Do you support Google Workspace as well as Microsoft 365?

Yes. We support Google Workspace business email, accounts, Drive, Docs, Sheets and Meet alongside Microsoft 365. We review your current tools and workflows before recommending a platform. Team-owned shared drives require a supported Workspace edition; licensing and sharing controls are confirmed in the design.

Can you manage AWS, Azure and other cloud hosting?

We support cloud infrastructure and application hosting on AWS, Microsoft Azure and suitable managed hosting platforms. The scope can include configuration, monitoring, maintenance, cost review and recovery planning. We confirm application requirements and support responsibilities before choosing a hosting design.

Can you build a customer portal or automate a cloud workflow?

Yes. We observe how departments handle requests, documents and handoffs, then identify what a custom application or portal can improve. We scope the workflow, integrations, data access and hosting rather than assuming an off-the-shelf product solves every problem.

What does Baral IT manage in Microsoft 365?

We help with business email, accounts, licenses, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, permissions, and agreed security and recovery controls. The scope and support responsibilities are defined for your business; some features require specific licenses or additional services.

Can you migrate our email and existing files?

Yes. We review the source environment, users, domains, permissions, file types, volume, and dependencies. The plan includes staged preparation, testing, cutover coordination, and agreed post-migration checks. Timing and disruption depend on the starting system and migration scope.

Should everything move to the cloud?

No. Application compatibility, latency, connectivity, data requirements, cost, and vendor support all matter. A hybrid design may be a better fit. We recommend a workload-by-workload plan rather than moving systems simply because cloud is available.

Can employees work securely from home or while traveling?

We can design approved remote access, business sign-in, and device policies around your team. Actual controls depend on licensing, device support, configuration, connectivity, and the applications involved. Travel or an unfamiliar sign-in may require extra verification or restricted access.

What is the difference between OneDrive and SharePoint?

OneDrive supports an individual’s work files and appropriate sharing. SharePoint supports shared team and department content with library and site permissions; Teams can provide a collaboration interface to that content. We help decide where information belongs and who owns it.

Is file sync the same as a backup?

No. Sync keeps files aligned and can propagate deletions or unwanted changes. Version history, retention, and backup have different purposes and settings. We agree what needs protecting, the recovery approach, and how restores should be tested.

Will moving to the cloud save us money?

It depends on your current costs and the proposed design. We compare licenses, storage, hosting, backup, management, connectivity, and migration costs. Cloud can improve flexibility, but we do not promise a fixed percentage saving or assume every workload is cheaper there.

Can you help prepare for Microsoft Copilot or AI?

Yes. We can review permissions, information organization, licensing, and the workflows you want to improve before introducing AI. We also build custom apps and automations around business processes. Product availability, data access, licensing, and implementation scope are confirmed separately.

Who manages staff joining or leaving?

We can handle agreed account provisioning, group membership, licenses, and access changes. Offboarding should include session/access review, data ownership, and the retention requirements agreed with your business. Your team tells us about the change and authorizes the scope.

Where do you provide cloud support?

Baral IT serves the Treasure Coast, Palm Beaches, Fort Lauderdale, and Miami. We coordinate remote cloud management and local assistance according to your location, systems, and service arrangement.
